Steady @ 13 mph early on with gusts to _28 mph_. Lessening to 4-6 when clearing of clouds. 100% clouds until about noon when clearing started. 0%! clouds 1-2 EST. (So blue seeing birds with unaided was difficult.) Observations: Not much to report. Difficult to see in a fresh blue shy. I was missing kestrels on the shore as they went through the tree tops. Banders reported several to me later . 880 Blue Jays, 2 Tree Swallows, 3 Pied-bill Grebe family still here. 4 BC Night Herons. Banders had several Gray-cheeked Thrushes and other thrushes. Several RT Hummingbird at banding station. Predictions: Sunday- Windsor, ON north of site Scattered Clouds. High: 69° F / 21° C Wind WSW 8 mph / 14 km/h Sunday- Harrow, ON east of site Scattered Clouds. High: 60° F / 16° C Wind WSW 8 mph / 14 km/h Dress warmly.
