Observation start time: 07:00:00
Observation end time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 6 hours

Official Counter: Keith Sealy

Observers: Alf Ryder, Dave Brown, Mac

Visitors:
Lots again today...thanks to all who were out to help spot the birds on
such a toug sky. The visitors from furthest away were a young couple from
Switzerland...I didn't catch their names :)

Weather:
Bit of fog first thing this morning. Eventually, broke out to clear blue
skies...finally got cumulus clouds building near midday. Temp to 21 and
winds mainly N and light. Unfortunately the next HIGH moved in and the air
dried out in a hurry...and poof all the clouds went away...as did the
birds!

TUV=5 (Very Good) but only for the morning.

Observations:
FIRST GOLDEN EAGLE for the 2004 count!! It was a beautiful immature bird
doing a great power glide to the west. Also, lots more Bald Eagles again
today and a single Peregrine Falcon.

Just a ton of warblers again today for the first couple of hours. Included
Northern Parula, Cape May, Black-throated Blue and Green and many more.
Also of note were a singing Towhee and White-throated Sparrow.

Predictions:
Variable winds and another stationary front to our south. Not expecting a
large flight.
