The winds began from the northeast, picking up quite a bit by mid morning but dropping and switching more to the southeast in the mid afternoon. Observations: There was quite a lift-off of Broad-wings from just north and east of the boat launch in the morning, a remnant of yesterdays flight. Most of the counting from that point on was done at Point Mouillee where large groups of Broad-wings moved through until mid afternoon when the wind switched.
