Observation start time: 07:00:00
Observation end time: 17:00:00
Total observation time: 10 hours

Official Counter: Jeff Schultz

Observers: Calvin Brennan, Tim Smart

Weather:
Today’s weather was similar to yesterday’s with plenty of sunshine and blue
skies. The winds began from the northeast, picking up quite a bit by mid
morning but dropping and switching more to the southeast in the mid
afternoon.

Observations:
There was quite a lift-off of Broad-wings from just north and east of the
boat launch in the morning, a remnant of yesterday’s flight. Most of the
counting from that point on was done at Point Mouillee where large groups
of Broad-wings moved through until mid afternoon when the wind switched.
The day was completed at the boat launch where much of the flight had been
pushed to the north with the southeast wind.
