As a follow up to Ware Dean's report on Northern Bobwhite, what is the official status of that species and, for that matter, Chukar in Ontario? Are the Walpole Island bobwhites the only ones truly considered wild? Sorry for asking, but this is a question that has been nagging at me, especially with the Chukar sightings of the last year or so. Please respond to just my e-mail address.
