Hi All,
Just arrived back from some superb birding in South Florida with Tom Hince's group, and while unpacking we noticed a male ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK at one of our feeders (this seems a little early for our yard). What a nice welcome home! There were also several WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS hanging around, some singing. Maybe this year they will breed in our square. It appears that the last of the American Tree sparrows has departed while we were gone for 10 days.
