This morning at 11:40 a:m, Jeremy Hatt and I spotted a Henslow's Sparrow
(LIFER!! YESSSS!!!) along the Woodland Trail at post 16 in the horsetail.

Some other sightings in Pelee today included:

Least Flycatcher
Yellow Warbler
Blackburnian Warbler
Black-throated Green Warbler
Cerulean Warbler
Northern Parula
Eastern Kingbird
Louisiana & Northern Waterthrush (IN THE SAME SPOT!!!!!!)
Common Yellowthroat
Palm Warbler
Swainson's Thrush
Veery
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Indigo Bunting
Orchard & Baltimore Oriole
Scarlet Tanager
Lincoln's Sparrow

After that cold snap we had 2 days before, we were all glad of the southerly
winds and warm temps that produced quite an active spring day in Point
Pelee.
