The Hooded Warbler was still in the Southeast Sportsfield as of 7:00pm Wednesday the 28th. It was in the Cedar row in the southwest corner of the field right by the parking lot. It started to sing when the sun came out after a short rainfall. And it was a magnificent bright yellow male.
Good Birding, Greg & Rebecca Harrold Directions from Winston Churchill and QEW south to Lakeshore Road turn west (right) take first right into South East Water Treatment Plant and left behind daycare to the sport field parking lot.
