Our first stop was at the WestShore C.C. on Bayly, west of Liverpool-- 5 Glaucous Gulls were picked up on the ice. Viewing the waterfront from several Ajax sites yielded many Buffleheads, Goldeneyes, Long-tailed Ducks, Red-breasted and Common Mergansers. The roadways in the vicinity of Corner Marsh ---Rough-legged Hawk, Grackles and Am.Robin. At or near the feeding station along Hall's Rd. in southwest Whitby--Red-breasted Nuthatch, White-breasted Nuthatch, Am.Goldfinch, Song Sparrow, Tree Sparrow, Chickadee, Grackle, Cardinal, Robin, Red-tailed Hawk, Red-winged Blackbird and a male RING-NECKED PHEASANT.
