To all,

Several people have seen a first winter WHITE-CROWNED
SPARROW recently at the RBG's arboretum just out side
Dundas.  The bird does have a yellow bill which could
suggest the bird is a PACIFIC WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW. 
May well be the first record for Ontario.  As you
drive in there is a wildlife center on your left, the
bird is feeding around here.
