Hello Birders.
For the last week the numbers of LONG-EARED OWLS has increased to a total of 38 being reported in the hedges and along the dyke that follows the Northern border of the Park.
                  Today we counted 27 while others reported 37.
In the area of the park we had 40 species of birds including 4 species of owls. Long-eared, Short-eared, Screech and Gt. Horned. Point Pelee National Park is the most Southerly part of the Canadian mainland. Reached from Leamington, Tilbury or Wheatley.
