I haven't seen the Gray Partridge at km 40.8 since my last report of them in
late January, but today around 4:45 pm came across another group of 13 in
flight low over the ground just a bit further east, at the km 34 exit (north
side, east of the overpass).

Also, I have been seeing Ravens from the highway a couple of times per week,
most often around km 18 or km 11. Rough-legged Hawks are scattered but
still present; the most reliable ones over the past week have been around km
51-53 and km 9-11.

All of the locations above can be reached by driving 45-65 minutes east of
Ottawa on Hwy 417.

Good birding!
