Reporting for Troy Shively of Columbus Ohio: Bird was seen above Niagara Falls below the old Toronto Power Station aka Engineerium Building this afternoon.It flew in thelagoon area of quiet water close in to shore.I will check the area to-morrow morning and report any sighting.
