Throughout the morning on Aug.4 the greatest excitement at the Sobey's pool was watching an adult Caspian Tern trying to deliver a fish to a screaming juvenile while being harassed by another adult. Back to birding and dragon/damselflying (!!!!)-- 1 very busily feeding STILT SANDPIPER, 1 Pectoral Sandp., 2 Spotted Sandp., several Leasts, several Semipalmated Sandpipers, 6 Semipalmated Plovers, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 5 Lesser Yellowllegs; no Dowitcher during the morning ,and no Red Knot, reported in the early evening of Aug.3.
