Tuesday evening, around 9pm, I heard 2 different nighthawks in the downtown area of Ottawa, west of Bank St. One was at Kent and Albert Sts, and the other was at Slater and Bank Sts. I haven't heard them here in a while, so it is nice to have them back. A reliable source said he had heard 1 or 2 around O'Connor and Argyle Sts. a couple of nights ago.
