Hi all!
It's not over yet! I stopped off for my consttutional walk on the way to work this morning and found several warblers, vireos, thrushes and flycatchers at Colonel Sam Smith park. The male Hooded was about half way up the main bowl on the east side, along with a male Canada, Wilson's, Blackpoll, Am.Redstart, Magnolia, Bl.throated Blue. Warbling and Red-eyed Vireo, Swainson's, Grey-cheeked and Veery thrushes were also around. Eastern Wood-Pewee and some Empidonax flycatchers(all silent) rounded out the activity. Unfortunately work beckoned - I ran back to my camper for the videocam to try for pictures but could not re-find the Hooded, nor the Canada. I took some shots of Wilson;s and Redstart and a Cardinal. Why do I never have the camera with me when I should?(rhetorical and somewhat whining question). Cheers! Maris

The park is at the foot of Kipling Ave., south of Lakeshore Blvd. in west end Toronto.
