Hi all, Sorry for the late posting....been away from the computer for the weekend. Had a Great Egret fly over my yard Friday morning about noon. It was heading south-east....along the Grand River? The bird was about 100 ft above the tree tops.
Caledonia is appox. 15 min south of Hamilton on Hwy 6. The bird seemed to be following Hwy 54 south-east (the Grand River) towards Cayuga. I'd be interested to hear if someone along Lake Erie spots one soon.
