Hello fellow birders,

Only moments after shutting down my computer last night (just after sending
out my Ont birds posting on Gyrfalcon), the smaller and lighter coloured
Gray-phase Gyrfalcon (of the two that have over-wintered the longest in the
Sault) flew by my office window at very close proximity (as it flew by it
turned its head and looked right at me - spooky).

In addition: Song Sparrow suddenly appeared on the scene this morning. As I
walked into work, I heard many singing over the 4.5km route (There were none
to be heard yesterday). Grackle and Purple Finch numbers increased since
yesterday.
