The male Harlequin duck is still in the Burlington Bay. I don't think one
can see it from the lift bridge pier, which explains why I haven't had luck
seeing it from there: it is hanging out with some Common Goldeneye south of
the rock breakwall south of the lift bridge piers.

Directions: I suggest you exit the QEW at Eastport drive, go south of the
lift bridge and as soon as you reach the curve that takes you out from under
the Skyway and close to the bay waters, scope the ducks looking north toward
the lift bridge marina.
