Birders, Today there were Red-necked Grebes on the Detroit River at Abars and at Lakeview Marina. Yesterday, the 1st year Iceland Gull was feeding on dead shad at Lakeview Marina ( Dave Stimac, Urie).
Directions: From Ouellette Drive east along Riverside Drive. Go past Walkers Rd. and Jefferson Ave. Turn left at Lauzon Rd. into the parking lot at Abars. Continue east along Riverside Drive and turn left at Riverdale into the Lakeview Marina parking lot.
