Bruce Duncan advises "I have just returned from a site visit in the upper watershed and on the way saw a whitish gyrfalcon about 300 m north of 4th Concession Road on the Westover Road. It was flying west. This was just before 3 pm."
>From the Hwy. 5 and 6 intersection in Waterdown go west on Hwy. 5 to Peters Corners, the intersection where Hwy. 8 from Dundas crosses 5 on its way to Cambridge. The 4th Concession is the first road north of Hwy. 5 (from Hwy.6 west to Peter's Corners) and Hwy. 8 (from Peter's Corners west to just past the Rockton Sideroad).
