On the 'ppp' type link from my linux machine to a Mikrotik router
there are only HELLO signal from both sides and no exchange
of routes, as shown below.
Which one in the dump is BIRD and which is Mikrotik?
The BIRD router ID is 10.58.2.10 in 'bird.conf' and the
Mikrotik local address is 10.58.2.3, being the LAN 10.58.2.2/28
With the old BIRD the link to Mikrotik was established?
This is the first time I install a PPTP Server (version pptpd-1.4.0)
on the linux machine and use the Mikrotik as a Client, so no other
experience.

Who is i0ojj.ampr.org and i0ojj.cisarnet.ampr.org?
I don't know why about the presence of i0ojj.amp.org (44.134.32.233)
on this concerns because it belongs to a hamradio software installed
on my linux machine... but I found the following line in the OSPF Instances
menu of Mikrotik:
Name Router ID Running
* default 44.134.32.233 yes
Just try to 'disable' this line and the HELLOs from Mikrotik stop to
send, so I re-enable again that line.
The i0ojj.cisarnet.ampr.org (44.208.58.1) is taken (I don't know why) from
the linux interface eth0:0 being:
