Release is not built everyday and takes longer to build. The pull for Thur report was Monday which was before your commit to git.bioconductor.org. It will likely appear in today's report. I pushed it to the RELEASE_3_20 Upstream Branch of Bioconductor but the build report is not regenerated even I did a version increase (from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3). Here a snippet of my terminal: git push upstream RELEASE_3_20:RELEASE_3_20 Enumerating objects: 9, done. Counting objects: 100% (9/9), done. Delta compression using up to 12 threads Compressing objects: 100% (5/5), done. Writing objects: 100% (5/5), 418 bytes | 418.00 KiB/s, done. Total 5 (delta 4), reused 0 (delta 0), pack-reused 0 To git.bioconductor.org:packages/PRONE.git b30d6ab..e089973 RELEASE_3_20 -> RELEASE_3_20 However, still in the build report the b306ab commit is referenced. I now even created a new branch locally from the upstream Bioconductor RELEASE_3_20 branch and there the version 1.0.3 is correctly included. Can anyone help me?
