Hello everyone, I fixed an bug in my package causing an ERROR in the build report. I pushed it to the RELEASE_3_20 Upstream Branch of Bioconductor but the build report is not regenerated even I did a version increase (from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3).
Here a snippet of my terminal: git push upstream RELEASE_3_20:RELEASE_3_20 Enumerating objects: 9, done. Counting objects: 100% (9/9), done. Delta compression using up to 12 threads Compressing objects: 100% (5/5), done. Writing objects: 100% (5/5), 418 bytes | 418.00 KiB/s, done. Total 5 (delta 4), reused 0 (delta 0), pack-reused 0 To git.bioconductor.org:packages/PRONE.git b30d6ab..e089973 RELEASE_3_20 -> RELEASE_3_20 However, still in the build report the b306ab commit is referenced. I now even created a new branch locally from the upstream Bioconductor RELEASE_3_20 branch and there the version 1.0.3 is correctly included. Can anyone help me?
