Subject: [Bioc-devel] Unable to push updated development package to Bioconductor
I am developing a package called �protlocassign� and trying to get it ready
for Bioconductor. In the past, I was able to simply type �git push upstream
main:devel� and within a few minutes the Bioconductor server had compiled
the package and posted the build report with notes, warnings, etc.
Now, however, this doesn�t work for me. In response to �git push upstream
main:devel� I get the message �g...@git.bioconductor.org: Permission denied
(publickey). fatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure
you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.�
When I brought this to the attention of a Bioconductor admin, that person
recommended that I update my public and private SSH keys. I have done this,
and all is fine with pushing revisions to my GitHub account. I have, of
course, incremented the version number for my package. But still, I receive
the same �Permission denied (publickey). fatal� error message.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
