Hey Lori,

I cloned the package from GitHub and I run R CMD build, resulting in an tar.gz
file. I also tried to run R CMD check on this file, yet it printed the
following error:

* using R version 3.5.0 (2018-04-23)
* using platform: x86_64-apple-darwin15.6.0 (64-bit)
* using session charset: UTF-8
* checking for file alternativeSplicingEvents.hg38/DESCRIPTION ... OK
* checking extension type ... ERROR
Extensions with Type Annotation package cannot be checked.
* DONE
Status: 1 ERROR

>From the output, it seems the Annotation package is not expected to be
>checked. What do you think? Anyway, I attached the tar.gz file (the output
>from R CMD build) you asked for.

Regarding the other package, I do not need to update it right now, I just ask
permission to modify in case I needed to do so in the future.

If you need anything else from my part, ask away. Thank you!

Cheers,
Nuno

Hi Nuno,

Sorry for the confusion - Your two packages are actually annotation packages
which are not in the git server.

To modify these packages please build and check your package locally and then
send us the tar.gz file. We will take care of updating the package[s] for you.

Cheers,

Subject: Access rights to data packages

Dear all,

I have access rights to modify a Bioconductor software package of mine, as per
the information in https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/ for the e-mail
nunodanielagosti...@gmail.com<mailto:nunodanielagosti...@gmail.com>. However, I
would also like to have access rights to my Bioconductor data packages
(alternativeSplicingEvents.hg19 and alternativeSplicingEvents.hg38). Could you
please grant me access to modify those packages?

Thank you for your time.

Cheers,
Nuno Agostinho
