Have you tried it with the --username option? Sometimes it helps to 'seed' the svn authentication first, so do something like: svn log --limit 1 --username XXX https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/epivizrServer Where XXX is your username, then enter the password when prompted. Then try git svn dcommit again.
