Hi, I know it might be too early for this, but well, given Dan's BioC 3.0 branch announcement https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2014-October/006462.html could you update the options in https://gitsvn.bioconductor.org/newproject to show the new branch? I just want to have everything set and ready before the release.
