You'll find the "changelogs" in doc/changelogs now, the file is now autogenerated from merge requests.
If you want to see development changelog, it is more useful to do git log --merges or just git log Ondřej -- Ondřej Surý (He/Him) ond...@isc.org My working hours and your working hours may be different.
