There are libevent 2.1.x packages available in the BIND Copr repository, but you appear to have other packages on the host in question that depend on libevent 2.0.x and thus yum is refusing to update it. Since libevent is not a runtime BIND dependency, as a temporary workaround you can try adding the following line to the BIND Copr repository configuration in /etc/yum.repos.d: exclude=libevent* In the long run, we plan to move to Software Collections, which would solve problems like this for good, but unfortunately I am unable to provide you with any estimates as to when exactly that might happen, sorry.
