There are libevent 2.1.x packages available in the BIND Copr repository,
but you appear to have other packages on the host in question that
depend on libevent 2.0.x and thus yum is refusing to update it.

Since libevent is not a runtime BIND dependency, as a temporary
workaround you can try adding the following line to the BIND Copr
repository configuration in /etc/yum.repos.d:

    exclude=libevent*

In the long run, we plan to move to Software Collections, which would
solve problems like this for good, but unfortunately I am unable to
provide you with any estimates as to when exactly that might happen,
sorry.

Hope this helps,
