I tried the new ISC bind BIND 9.12 Packages repo with a vanilla centos7 
installation.  
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/isc/bind/

[root@ict-networks-010-000-002-015 ~]# yum update

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Is this dependency problem well known?
