>From the Chicago area, I get 'Truncated, retrying in TCP mode' and then a connection timeout when doing: dig any microsoft.com @ns[12345].msft.net This however works: dig any www.microsoft.com @ns[12345].msft.net But it returns a cname entry to toggle.www.ms.adadns.net A traceroute shows our traffic hitting Level3's backbone in Chicago.
