It is like below,

I checked notify messages but in also-notify setting for a specific zone does
not have any public IP address like 1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.2...

where? in the options {} statement? in the view {} statements? Or in the zone
{} statement for xxx.com?

check all notify settings in config file. Maybe the one you see is not the one
that applies.
