Greetings:

I forgot one related detail from the 9/23/2024 interim.
draft-li-idr-link-bandwidth-ext-02 - is proposing additional features for
bandwidth links.

These features go beyond the discussion for draft-ietf-bess-ebgp-dmz and
draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth. These two WG drafts should be addressed first.

Jeff Haas moderated the 9/23/2024 interim as IDR WG-chair. Jeff gave a great
introduction to the link bandwidth presentation. It might be work listening to.

Cheers,

Sue

Subject: IDR chair review of draft-ietf-bess-ebgp-dmz-05

Greetings:

This information draft suggests changing the draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth-07.
IDR considered the comments from this work in an interim on 9/23/2024. Perhaps
the authors would like to the attached presentation and talk to the authors of
draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth.

You can see the presentation at:

Slides for 2.1

They proposed a solution for this environment.

If you wish to continue this discussion at IETF-121, please have the authors of
draft-ietf-bess-ebgp-dmz-05 develop a joint presentation.

Cheerily, Sue Hares
