Summary: Ready with nits Overall I found the document ready for publication. I have not followed the topic thus I abstain myself from technical commentary. Editorial nits: 1) In Section 1.1 Introduction the acronyms are used without a) expanding them on the first use and/or b) before Section 1.2 Conventions and Terminology. Take ES, ESI, AC, BUM, A-D as examples. Expand and/or rearrange sections. 2) Some acronyms are not expanded at all in the document. I admit most are common & known within MPLS etc genres but still..
