Authors, WG Can we add an explicit statement in the spec about what to do with multicast control packets in the EVPN domain?
1. IGMP snooping enabled :
* IGMP packets are terminated and not flooded over the EVPN domain
2. IGMP snooping disabled :
* IGMP and any other control packets will be flooded over EVPN domain.
Please let me know if we think otherwise.
