Intellectually I totally Agree with You Timothy!

That is the GOAL! get our beginner's up to the level
where they know enough to know how to ask the right
questions and all..... but as we learned - about the
time one gets the 2nd Lt's to that standard, they make
them 1st Lt's and we have a whole new kettle of fish to fry....
