Those are pretty draconian filters you have. I can see filtering $$$ subject lines (as I do locally), but subject lines that contain $ should be further analyzed for common spam language ("money", "free", "order", etc.). I set up the procmail filters at my local ISP, so we run through various scoring rules to see how much a $ subject line should really be considered spam.
