Do you have a job description of the position you're interviewing for? Is this a web development position? Is this a systems administrative job? It's difficult to give you prep questions for an interview without even knowing what the job title is you are interviewing for or what kind of work this company/companies do. ;-) However for some general topics chromatic wrote a list of expertise managers -should- be asking candidates to have.
