If it doesn't work download: http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/6xx-builds-only/Time-HiRes.zip extract, cd to it in a command prompt and run: ppm install Time-HiRes.ppd But, like I said, you should be able to do it from active state's repository.
