While about twice the price of a normal Perl book, it includes 6 books on 1 CD as well as Perl in a Nutshell in paperback form. Check out http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/perlcdbs2/ There are sections in some books about programming in CGI. That should be more than enough to get you started! Geraint.
