I quickly looked at ofxtools, and runned "ofxget prof INSTITUTION_NICKAME" 
to see which ones (of important for me) i will be able to download.
amex works, chase works, schwab not 

so i looked at issues, and found this discussion insightful:

likely soon transaction data for more and more institutions will be 
available only through middle men ($)
