Bone, plus a ready line and a strobe line, all using the dedicated PRU 
pins, I think you could probably get to 20 - 30 MBYTES/second, assuming 
some reasonable overhead in the PRUs.  Not clear the ARMs could keep up, 
but that depends on how complex their task was.
