the Treasurer report is that the treasury is status quo & we have money =

the VP had nothing fannish to report

the President reported that he saw an ad for a new TV series on Apple
streaming based on Asimov's Foundation series so keep an eye out for it

The Relocation Committee reported that it will close out its survey later
this week

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Lisa announced that there will be a Zoom/filk con for Festival of the
Living Rooms, starting 5pm, Central time this Saturday thru Sunday, check
for it on Facebook groups & announced that 3Below is going back to sing &
quote-a-longs

Yochanan announced that Tony Selby, an actor who was in Dr Who, died of
Covid 19 & announced that the Northern Calif Ren Faire will be held this
year at Casa de Fruta on the weekends soon

Patty announced that Calif Extreme, an arcade convention, will be held Oct
16-17 at the Doubletree & require masks & proof of vaccinations, check

Gail announced that the Peninsula Astronomical Society held a meeting on

Yochanan reviewed seeing a recent anime on Fathom Events, 'Lupin III: the
First' as it was amazing & reviewed a YouTube site called 'Trek on the
Tube' as very entertaining & recommended, check =

Dave reviewed 'Reminiscence' as a very noir movie set in a future very wet
Miami as it had wonderful violence & he can't really recommend it but
mainly reviewed popcorn at the revived AMC theaters as not very good

Lisa reviewed 'Jungle Cruise' as definitely a fun romp & it showed they had
fun making the movie.  She can't wait to see 'Jungle Cruise 2' & believes
it worth seeing, but not worth IMAX

John O reviewed a concert by Lindsey Stirling as a very nice show & her
