I know this is **really** last minute, but Kevin Roche has agreed to do a random costuming workshop at the TechShop San Jose location Tuesday night! We'll be making costumes out of cardboard, bubble wrap, tape, lots of random stuff. Now if I can only get the word out fast enough to get some people there... It's not an official TechShop event, it's for a local Maker Meetup group and I'm (hopefully) going to be their South Bay organizer (they usually have SF and Oakland events). The website says it's $5, but I'll certainly waive that if you can bring various potential costume materials fodder to share with the other attendees.
