Basfans Chris Garcia and Cheryl Morgan won Hugo Awards at Renovation on Saturday evening. Chris won his first Hugo as co-editor of Best Fanzine "The Drink Tank.". Cheryl won hers as part of the editorial team for Best Semi-Prozine "Clarksworld."
