Yes, both solutions are possible - listening on localhost or access for approved IPs. This is possible to set up directly in the web server settings. Also Bacularis provides IP address restrictions to log in for particular users. This can be set in the user add and edit windows at the bottom in advanced options. > However, I may be worrying about nothing.
