Hello Kuni, Thanks for confirming that you see this file in the "ja" directory. I tried this container image and there is a dead symbolic link for Japanese translation file as you can see here:

For a full solution I would propose to contact that Docker image maintainers by opening a bug report. At the end it is worth mentioning that the Japanese translations were not updated for a long time so they can be not complete but you will see.
