Hello Larry, did you remember to "update pools" after you made the changes to the pool definition (maximum volumes) or did you include those from the get-go? Taking a look at the pool definition in the DB itself might shed some light on the issue as well.
What happens if you manually prune / purge a volume in one of those pools, does bacula use one of those for the next backup job then?
