There are not many options besides LTO and RDX (and similar).
I know IBM and Oracle make cartridges but they are not exactly cheap 
(http://www.bacula.lat/cartridges-as-an-lto-alternative-using-bacula/?lang=en).

Most people are doing remote sites or cloud backups.
You could use Bacula S3 Driver (Community and Enterprise) to store on AWS and 
several other S3 compatible clouds.
If Internet bandwidth is a problem you could hire a machine in an all SSD Cloud 
VM (e.g. Oracle) and use the Enterprise Bacula Global Deduplication Driver to 
deduplicate the traffic. The SSD is important to save the deduplication tables 
(~1% of your overall backup occupancy).
