Last year Backblaze contact me asking to validate Bacula S3 plugin with Minio, 
which is the solution recommended by them and they seem to provide some level 
of support.
Definitively, it seems to be the most performatic and reliable of presented 
solutions.
I'm not sure if there is any advantage of using dedup as an underlying mount 
point disk or even for a disk upload-to-cloud cache.
